Sarah Young on Leaning Into Coaching Support - Business Coach for Entrepreneurial Women | Andrea Liebross
Bonus Podcast #4: Leaning into Coaching Support During Transitions with Sarah Young

Sarah Young on Leaning Into Coaching Support

Do you have someone to turn to outside of your family and friends when you need to get an opinion?

Sarah Young and I are talking about why that’s such an important thing to have in this episode.

In the time that she and I have worked together, she’s gone through a lot of transitions. She switched jobs, got married and got a dog. Needless to say, a lot has been happening for her!

As you’re listening, I want you to recognize how coaching has helped her through those transitions and how in a group setting, she’s learned that even though the women in the group are all from different industries, different ages and different stages of life, they all have so much in common and so much to learn from each other.

Sarah is a high-energy technology sales executive who is on a mission to help socially impactful businesses thrive by achieving revenue targets.  She’s spent the past decade in high-growth SaaS companies, serving in a variety of sales and sales leadership roles. When she’s not working, you can find her walking her puppy all over downtown, traveling, doing something active or trying a new restaurant.

In Today’s Episode We Discuss:

  • Growing a team and trying to grow personally at the same time
  • Becoming an advocate for yourself
  • Setting expectations
  • How to make your dreams a reality
  • What group coaching is like
  • The value of working with people who are in different stages of life than you
  • Why sometimes you need an objective opinion

Having a support system of women who have different life experiences than you is invaluable. They can help you see things from an outside perspective that you might not be able to see on your own!

I would love for you to join me in the next round of Committed to Growth, my group coaching program where we change the way you think about things and provide tactics so that you can up-level your business.
