Remember last week when we talked about thought work? Well this week we are moving on to focus work. 

The dictionary says that the definition of focus is the “center of interest or activity.”

In this episode, we’re going to talk about what pulls our focus away from the things that matter and how to start focusing on those things in order to get them done.
