Remember last week when we talked about thought work? Well this week we are moving on to focus work.
The dictionary says that the definition of focus is the “center of interest or activity.”
In this episode, we’re going to talk about what pulls our focus away from the things that matter and how to start focusing on those things in order to get them done.
In Today’s Episode We Discuss:

- Why we push work off even though it’s so important
- How to do focus work
- Training your brain to acknowledge but ignore distractions
- The difference between internal and external distractions
- Knowing when you do your best work
- Why you should make appointments with yourself on the calendar for focus time
- How to protect your time
- Making time to zone out and let your mind wander
