You're listening to the Time to Level Up Podcast. I'm your host, business life coach, Andrea Liebross. I help women in business commit to their own growth personally and professionally. Each week, I'll bring you strategies to help you think clearly, gain confidence, make your time productive, turn every obstacle into an opportunity, and finally overcome the overwhelm so that you can make money and manage life. Let's create a plan so you have a profitable business, successful career, and best of all, live with unapologetic ambition. Are you ready to drop the drama and figure out the how in order to reach your goals? You're in the right place. It's Time to Level Up. Let's do this.

Hello, my listeners and welcome back to the Time to Level Up Podcast. Today I'm going to do a much-requested episode. I am going to tell you all about what is inside Runway to Freedom and the process that one might go through in order to determine if they're ready to create their own Runway to Freedom, what they need to potentially show up with, where they need to be at. We're going to address what might be happening and how you might be feeling right now about your business.

I will also address what you might be wishing, wanting, and waiting for in your business with the hope that it's going to give you clarity on who I work with and what I do, and if you are ready for your Runway to Freedom, to create your runway to freedom in the Runway to Freedom mastermind, and how you're going to know if this mastermind, or any of my coaching programs, are really right for you.

I want you to think about it, as you are listening to this episode, if there are any questions that are not being answered here, if I am not addressing your questions here, then I want you to reach out to me via email, in the show notes, DM me on Instagram, message me on LinkedIn, however you want to do it, it doesn't matter, but I want to know if you've got extra questions or additional questions that I'm not addressing here. We can chat about it. I can revise this episode so it's helpful for someone else in the future.

But if you don't have any questions and you see yourself in the person that I'm about to describe, then maybe you are right for Runway to Freedom right now, so just stop listening right now and you can go ahead and apply at andrealiebross.com/runway-to-freedom.

Now, let me preface this, if you're already saying, “I don't think this is for me and I don't really want to listen to what Andrea has to say,” the benefit of you listening to this is to see where you might want to head or how other business owners have done this. There's value in just listening to me describe the person who this is for.

Let's jump in. I'm going to give you some examples of who I work with and who I don't work with inside the Runway to Freedom mastermind. This is an offer that some of my clients take after working with me inside Committed to Growth or after doing a VIP day. Some just go right into Runway to Freedom. It depends just where you're at. Simply put I work with women-owned businesses, women-business owners, brick and mortar, online, service-based businesses, product-based businesses, it doesn't matter.

But I work with women who are at the stage in their business where they are at least a few years in, they're profitable, they have a team or they have employees or contractors, there's more than just them working on the business or in the business. Runway to Freedom, the women in there are not brand-new business owners. They are not the women who feel like they barely have gotten off the ground or the woman who has not made any money yet in her business, they're definitely not people who don't know what's next in terms of career.

Women inside Runway to Freedom are business owners who started their business because they had a passion for something and a desire to serve their clients and customers in some way or provide a product or service to their clients or customers. The way they started operating their business—some of them started at their kitchen table—is no longer going to work if they want to continue to grow their business and themselves.

I have clients who are educators. I have clients who own construction companies. I have architects, real-estate agents, I work with a woman who is a counselor, I work with a coach, I work with a medical professional who owns her own business and serves patients through her own private business. I work with an interior designer. I work with lawyers, accountants, and financial planners. I work with a florist. I even work with a woman who owns a business that deals with fluid waste.

But all of these businesses, all of these women-business owners are creating revenue, they are turning a profit. They are paying themselves, maybe they're not paying themselves as much as they want, but they are paying themselves and they need more than just them in order to exist as a business. They all love what they do. If you're someone who hates what you do, this probably isn't for you. But if you love what you do, but right now, you might not love how you're doing it, you may not love how it feels, Runway to Freedom is for you.

However, if you're a business owner with more than 100 employees or someone who is adamant on remaining a one-man show, you won't even consider a virtual assistant, if you're kind of on the zero employees, contractors route or the over 100 route, then this mastermind is not for you either. It's someone that's kind of got at least one person on their team and maybe up to 99 people along with themselves, they're established, they're profitable, they have revenue, they're paying themselves at least a little, they love what they do, they know they can do it better, they also know that right now they don't love how it feels, it feels maybe heavy, confusing, burdensome, chaotic, or overwhelming, all of those, and they want to do it better and feel better.

I want you to hear all of that because I want you to understand the place that you are in your business, the stage that you are at. Whatever that place is or that stage, it's going to impact the type of coaching or mastermind container you will thrive in, and the container where you will get what you need.

Runway to Freedom is not for the baby business owner. It is for the business owner that at least is in the toddler phase. Most of these businesses feel like they have mastered creating the minimum-viable product. They are DIYing some of their business but whatever it is, whatever portion they’re DIYing, it's probably too much. They're tired of DIYing . They really want to get to that next level of growth and they want to get to that next level of growth as a business and a business owner, as a person, as a CEO. They want to learn how to CEO better.

If you are listening and this is you, you also are probably wanting more freedom in your business. You want business growth and space to work on what you want to work on or to be more of a visionary and not so much of an implementer or doer. You want space and time to be with your family. After all, you did not go into business to work 80 hours a week or maybe even 40 hours a week.

That is why right now, although you love what you do, you don't love how it feels. You're ready to take that next step, to revamp things, to reorganize, to reevaluate so that growth happens in a way that feels good, it happens in a way that aligns with who you want to be professionally and personally, it happens so that you are not handcuffed to your business, it happens in a way so you're not handcuffed to the business, it happens in a way where you create some freedom for yourself.

When I say freedom, I don't mean like you walking away. I don't mean you necessarily selling your business right now, although some people might think about that, or creating a secession plan. It's just creating space and margin so that things don't feel like they're all on you.

Now, there are masterminds out there that are for brand-new baby business owners or their masterminds that are just for coaches, just for interior designers, or just for real estate agents. These tend to be more systems specific to that industry. They tend to focus more on the industry than on the person running it.

Runway to Freedom is not industry-system specific. Runway to Freedom is for any type of business. Because what we work on is business systems and the thinking, the strategy, the outlook that needs to go behind the system in order for the business to run and for you as a person, as a human being to run it. That is just so important to consider the whole business and the whole human. That's my philosophy. I'm all about the whole thing, not just a part of it.

If this is not you, if you're not quite there, if you're not sure what you want to do, or if your business is still a baby, then maybe you should consider Committed to Growth, my Committed to Growth coaching program or VIP Day, that might be a better way for us to work together. You can message me about that. But today in this podcast, we are here to talk about the Runway to Freedom mastermind.

Now I have evolved my coaching practice to include this Runway to Freedom mastermind because I see such a huge, huge need for it. Because once my clients realized how to get their own act together personally or at least get a better handle on it, they're ready to tackle their business. They're ready to create more freedom in their business. That's what we do.

If you know you are in business and wanting to work on it for the next 12 months for real, then this is for you because Runway to Freedom is a 12-month commitment. If you are listening to this in 2022, we are starting in October. I will be working with women who have been in their businesses for a while and want to continue to be in their businesses for a while. Because the reality of entrepreneurs is that many don't last, many businesses, many entrepreneurial businesses don't last.

There is a statistic out there, and I wish I could find it right now, but I'm not quick enough and I didn't put it in my notes, from the Bureau of Labor Statistics. Something like half of all entrepreneurial businesses fail within the first two years. But if you have lasted that long and you want to continue to last, this is for you. It takes time to see an impact and to create a business that you want and the life you want. You are constantly evolving.

Some business owners don't like that feeling of constantly evolving and so they don't make it or they dissolve. But Runway to Freedom is really for the business owners who are in it to win it so that they get the results they want from their business and their life. They're not going to get those results in just one meeting or in a month, or even really six months. That is why Runway to Freedom is a 12-month commitment.

Now you'll start to feel the impact of the work we're doing together in 30 days. But the real lasting impact only comes after a longer time period because we are building your business and you. When you're looking at any masterminds, this one or any other one, ask yourself: “Is the coach in the mastermind in it for the long haul?” Will they be there with you when things get rough?

But will they also be there with you to help you see the celebrations, see the wins and actually celebrate, which is kind of hard even for me, which is why I started the Wednesday wins social posts, they’re self celebrations of things my clients have accomplished or achieved. Go check out Wednesday posts called Wednesday Wins. You'll see a couple in there. I just started doing this a month ago.

Now, that's who this is for, let's talk about the process. You're all excited, and you decide that this is the time, this sounds like you. You might have binged a few podcasts and hopefully you've gotten to the webpage that I send you to at least once. You can find the link to that web page in the show notes. You can find it in every show notes actually. The show notes have a lot of great links. The link to Runway to Freedom mastermind is andrealiebross.com/runway-to-freedom.

You've gone to that Runway to Freedom mastermind sales page, and you have found everything we're going to be talking about today written out, I like to sometimes see it written out, I'll be honest, but you're going to hear it and then you can see it written out, and you'll find also some testimonials of women I have worked with in the past to create their Runway to Freedom.

Those women, I also have interviewed them in podcast format. If you're curious on what this looks like or feels like, go listen to the podcast with Whitney. Go listen to the podcast with Laura. Go listen to the podcast with Maria. Go listen to the podcast with Monday. Go listen to the podcast with Ellie, in a way, not fully, but in a way.

Go listen to the podcast where I interview some of my clients and you'll see what this Runway to Freedom can do. You'll also see some written testimonials on that sales page and some video ones.

You're also going to find on that sales page, that URL, the details of the Runway to Freedom mastermind, when we meet, what it looks like, all the nitty gritty. But what you won't find, I will tell you, is the price. That is because the investment varies. It varies on a few things. It varies depending on when you enroll. If you take advantage of the early-bird bonuses and discounts, which and I believe if you're listening in 2022, on September 27th, if you enroll during the early-bird time, then the investment is one thing. If you add on some additional one-on-one time, it's another. If you wait till the regular enrollment period, it's another.

But let's just say this investment is significant. It is an investment that you can expect to be at least $1,800-ish a month. It's a hefty investment. This isn't for everyone but it is for the people who want to really invest in themselves and their business at the same time. But it's going to be around that $1,800 to $2,000 mark depending on what your package looks like.

Remember, if you apply before September 27th, you will get the early-bird bonuses. If you apply before September 20th even, you get even more early-bird savings and bonuses. There's a reason to go to that URL right now. When you go to that URL, you're going to see everything we're talking about, you're going to see the details, you're going to see some testimonials for clients.

You're going to see, most importantly, several big buttons that say apply now, and you are going to hit a button, one of the many buttons on there, and complete the application it takes you to, which means that you're going to answer a few questions. Nothing crazy. Nothing you have to research. Nothing that you have to find a big block of time for. In fact, you could probably even talk-to-text your answers.

The whole application will take you, I would say, seven minutes. These questions are mostly so I can come to our call super prepared and having done a little thinking about you, maybe even a little light stalking so I can see your website, social media, or see what you're up to and what you do, so I'm prepared.

The big questions that I want to make sure that you answer are: how long have you been in business and what your challenges are? They give me a good idea if Runway to Freedom is the right thing for you. If you can't answer those questions, then this probably is not the best mastermind for you and I would be happy to give you some names of other masterminds.

I think the other really important question that I ask in there is what's working, what's not working? What do you wish was different? There are a few other questions in there around budget, systems, and when you want to get started, and there's a spot for you to indicate if there are any questions that you have that you want me to answer during our call, when we're on that call, so write them in right there so I can be prepared with the answers for you.

But if you've done your homework, if you've read the sales page, if you've listened to this podcast, and maybe a few others, then probably and hopefully, you will have had most of your questions answered. But if not, tell me in that application section what questions you have. I want to make this easy.

So you answer the questions on the application, you're seven minutes in, and you're going to hit submit. Once that happens, you will get a confirmation email with a link to schedule a call. We're going to schedule a 45-minute call. Sometimes it only takes us 20 or 30 minutes. Sometimes it may take us a few minutes more but I want you to block off at least 45 minutes, find a time on my calendar that works for you, and then we will hop on that call.

Here's what you can expect on the call. Number one, I want you to ask me any questions that you have. This is your chance to ask me all the questions. Number two, I'm going to ask you a few questions to get to know you more, to get to know what your business looks like, what you want to look like and feel, and what you want your business to evolve into and who you want to be in your business. Do you want to be the visionary? Do you want to be the CEO? Do you want to be the integrator? Do you want to be none of it? Do you want to be all of it? Do you just want to be the one working with clients and doing nothing in that back office? I want to know all of that.

I also want to know what systems you have in place, or what systems you wish you had in place. How could you make things easier? What would your answer be of how you can make things easier? I want to know who your clients and customers are and I want to know what your product is, so that I can get a good idea of who you really are and what matters to you.

I will share any additional information you need about Runway to Freedom mastermind. By the end of that call, we're going to determine if you're a good fit for Runway to Freedom mastermind, or if you're a better fit for one of my other programs, because we can talk about that, and I guess super important is if you think you fit with me, or if I fit with you. It's like a two-way street a little bit. But we'll also determine in that call if you want to add in some one-on-one time with just me each month.

I'll get a little more into that in a minute. But most of the time, by the time people show up for that Zoom call, they have already listened to a few podcasts, hopefully this one, and they've read the webpage and they've read a few clients success stories, so they really do come to that call pretty knowledgeable. But this call is really to help us make sure that our expectations are aligned.

By the end of the call, we make the decision if Runway to Freedom is a good fit for you, and if I'm a good fit for you. Part of what I do as a coach is to help my clients make decisions, all sorts of decisions. This is really the first opportunity for me to help you do that. We will decide what we're going to do in our initial call.

Let's assume it's a go. I mean, after all, you probably wouldn't have gotten on the call if you didn't have an inkling it might be a go. If it's a go, we'll hop off our call and I will, within that afternoon or day, send you a proposal/agreement. Everyone gets the same basic proposal agreement. There's going to be a few tweaks because some of you will decide to add on some one-on-one time, or if you got in during the early-bird bonus phase, those will be spelled out in the agreement.

But in that proposal, it will lay out what is included, which is going to be everything I told you on the call and everything on that sales page, then you will sign the proposal and you'll get a copy of it. Then once you sign it, it will take you then directly to a PayPal link where you will enter your credit card information. I only take credit cards. That same credit card that you enter into PayPal right then will be the same credit card that PayPal uses each month for the next 11 months on that same day of the month to charge your monthly investment. Once that investment amount is set, you are locked in at that rate for the next 12 months.

Now, the proposal/agreement is only valid and live for 48 hours after I send it. You have 48 hours after our call to decide if this is the right thing for you. Let me tell you, anyone who has taken the time to complete the application, read the webpage, listen to a few podcasts, and have a Zoom call with me, they should know within 48 hours if it's a go.

Any more time than that, it's a no. Your brain is great at coming up with reasons why not to do something. It's trying to protect you. Although in this case, not sure what it's protecting you from, but it comes up with reasons. After 48 hours, really kind of after 24 to be honest, if it is in full on you shouldn't do this mode, if that little voice is chirping at you from the back of your head saying, “Don't do it. Don't do it,” then you're probably not going to do it, and that's okay. I will still love you.

But from my coaching experience, I've found that my best clients, the ones that are most successful that see the best results are the ones that have done their homework and can make decisions rather quickly.

Also, there are a limited number of spots in the Runway to Freedom mastermind. If you are offered a spot and I send you that proposal, you only have those 48 hours to sign it because I can't let this group get too big. I don't want it to get too big, and I'm saving a spot for you. If it gets too big, it will impact my ability to serve you and your ability to get what you need out of it. That's another reason why the proposal expires after 48 hours.

The proposal is signed, your payment info has gone through PayPal for the first month, then immediately you will start to get a series of onboarding emails sent to you from my online business manager, Lynda. One of those onboarding emails actually, you will receive a video featuring Lynda, the famous Lynda. Lynda is your go-to girl for anything technical, logistical, payment problems, passwords. She's your girl for all of that night. I am not. That is not my expertise, but she's great at that.

But in the very first email of this onboarding process, the welcome email, it will tell you again what to expect, which we would have already discussed. It will also give you a link to our Runway to Freedom Google calendar that you can subscribe to so all of our sessions populate into your calendar. It will tell you how to log into Hello Audio, our private podcast feed for Runway to Freedom so you can listen or watch anything you might miss. We record everything. It's going to tell you how to get access to me on Voxer, etc, etc. All of that is how the process works.

Let's dig into the fun part, what I consider the fun part, what really happens inside the mastermind? Well, we're going to be working together for 12 months and my goal is to help you go beyond the status quo, go beyond what your neighbors think you're capable of. You know what I'm talking about if you're a mom standing on the driveway.

I'm going to help you go beyond what your competitors think you're capable of. Go beyond what your employees or contractors even think, beyond definitely what your family thinks, beyond all of the BS, beyond your wildest dreams, beyond where you are now. Because where you are now is good, but it could be great. It could feel amazing.

My goal is to help you create a business and a life you love that aligns with who you want to be in life, as a mom, as a daughter, as a spouse, as a friend that aligns with what you want your business to do for you and others, a business and life that really feel great, that feels freeing, exciting, energizing, not dreadful, heavy, burdensome, or pulling you down like being sandbags or a big heavy Santa sack over your shoulder.

If you feel like your business right now is a Santa sack over your shoulder that's super heavy, you know it has good stuff in it, Santa sack always does, but it just feels like a big burden, we're going to get past that. What does that mean? What is going past that mean? It means going after audacious goals, growing your net worth, taking your business, your visibility to the next level, maybe even your personal brand to the next level, experiencing more joy. It means having more adventure and delight. It means having whatever you deeply crave.

In order to do that, we're going to get a grip on your business and what you want your business to do for you and others, what you want to focus on, who you want in it, how you want to run it, what goals you want to go after today, tomorrow, and in the future and how to organize it all so that nothing falls through the cracks, including you. I will be working by your side for 12 months guiding you, challenging you, asking you the right questions, the hard questions, pushing you cheering you, helping you really dream bigger, or helping you dream at all. Some of us can't even do that.

I will help you set boundaries around your time, energy, space, and value. I'll let you help you figure out what your value is, what you're worth. I will help you manage your mind so that you can manage your three most valuable resources: your brainpower, your time, and your money.

Here is what that looks like even further, here are the deets. The Runway to Freedom mastermind is comprised of a group of amazing, determined high-achieving women-business owners. We will meet for the following, it's a lot and I just want to preface this by saying I'm going to throw a lot of options at you or a lot of opportunity at you. I will tell you no one, not one single person, because we're human, engages in every opportunity. No one engages in every opportunity because we're human.

If you're someone that always says, “Well, I won't take advantage of it all. I want to make sure I'll take advantage of it all. This isn't the right time because I can't take advantage of it all,” I want you to think about just engaging in whatever works for you and trusting that you will get out of this exactly what you came for no matter what.

As a mastermind, we will have 24 mastermind sessions over the course of the year and in those mastermind sessions for Runway to Freedom, we are going to focus on your business, me and a group of smart and powerful women, we focus on business. If you haven't listened to the Get a Grip podcast episode, which I believe is right before this one which aired last week, go listen because in the middle of September 2022, I am offering a Get a Grip masterclass which gives you a little bit of a high-level dose of what happens inside Runway to Freedom.

I am an expert at helping my clients get a grip on all facets of their business and their life for that matter, not just one piece. I'm not a marketing expert. I'm not a sales expert. I am not a strategic planning expert. I am an expert in putting all the pieces of the puzzle together so that it feels good and it actually happens. I think sometimes in business we tend to look at things too piecemeal. I have found with my clients, especially women-business owners, we can't look at it that way. It's like the whole ball of wax, it either works or it doesn't work.

Now we can get into the nitty gritty aspects of the business but I want you to know that this mastermind looks at your business as a whole. On certain days, we might delve into certain parts but we're going to be looking at the business as a whole and you as a whole human.

Common issues that are dealt with inside the Runway to Freedom mastermind, I will hit on those in a little bit. But I want you to know that inside these 24 mastermind sessions, here's what a typical session would look like. I guarantee that I will start each session by asking “What are we celebrating?” Which is a woman I think we often find hard because these wins, these celebrations hide, we don't see them. But this is a space, this is your time and place to find them. If you can't, I will find them or someone else in the mastermind will find them for you.

Then we will go into the learning portion of our time together. What I teach you here really depends on where you are in your process of getting your business to the place that you want it to be at, to the place that you want to be in it. Again, wherever you see yourself in your business.

As we move through our 12 months together, we will move into different realms or different facets of the business. That's the learning portion of our time together. We have a celebration, we've got a learning portion, and then that's going to be followed by the masterminding, the coaching where everyone has a chance to get coached on, get clarity on, and get confidence in doing whatever they want to do in their business for the next two weeks or until we meet again.

It's really where you can access your own personal board of directors and access the brilliant minds that are in the room. This is when you will see across the faces of these women all of the aha moments, the ahas come to the surface and then you kind of realize like, “Hey, I can do this. I can actually do this.” Each 90-minute mastermind session is going to be broken up into those three sections, not equally, but three parts.

The Runway to Freedom mastermind is going to meet twice a month, on Tuesdays at 11:30 Eastern for 90 minutes. But we're going to have a kickoff session and that kickoff session is going to be a bit longer. It will be our first real planning session. We will work together and follow my proven process for determining exactly the result you're looking for from the mastermind. Kind of “What are the three essential things that you want to address?”

We'll figure out exactly what you want your business to look like a year from now, exactly how you want to feel in your business and in life. We're going to get to the root of any issues and figure out what's getting in the way of any of this happening, why hasn't it happened already? We'll figure it out. Those are mastermind sessions.

Now what else can you expect from Runway to Freedom? Well, I love getting together in person. I had an event in April in person, a two-day event. It was amazing. I'm including an in-person portion, part of Runway to Freedom. You will be with this same group of women from around the country, East Coast, West Coast, Florida, Texas, New York, Indiana. We will get together for at least one, maybe two, two-night retreats at a fabulous location, to be determined, so that we can bond, obviously, but really get to know each other and learn from each other.

I always find that getting together with other women is so energizing. Listen to my podcast on being part of a group-coaching program, you'll get that sense. A two-day retreat in some luxurious location, at least one coming your way as part of this. Also included, about six months in, we will have a longer, mid-year check in session, and we will reflect, review, and revise our plans.

At this point, you'll have a complete organizational plan and vision, and a method to create traction or momentum to reach your goals which we will have already established. It will become your bible. That “bible” will become a part of your weekly process, of looking at your business and you, not just something you look at once in a while. I'm giving you a way to stay accountable to yourself and be consistent.

What else is inside Runway to Freedom mastermind? Well, this is a good time to talk about adding on a once a month one-on-one 60-minute Zoom call with me, just you and me. This is an option that you can add on and this is where we get to talk about the specifics and real details of your business. I will ask a lot of questions and I will get a lot of information so that I can help you even more and maybe even a little deeper when we're inside our mastermind group sessions.

This might be the most-valuable part of this offer for you. I mean, the mastermind sessions and the retreat are the meatiest part of the Runway to Freedom offer, and these one-on-one sessions, having someone that you can sit down with and talk through what is happening, what you'd like to see happening that isn't, it's valuable because it's so easy to get inside your own head, super easy to get stuck, as I like to say, inside your own peanut butter jar. If you have a person that can read the label of the peanut butter jar and stand outside of what is really going on and shine a light in there, on the places that you are just too close to see yourself, that is super valuable.

If you add on that one-on-one, it is really like I am becoming your employee. You have access to me. You have access to a group of other smart, driven women on a weekly basis, sometimes twice a week, and you have personal one-on-one access to me 24/7 via Voxer. Voxer, if you're not familiar with, it's like a walkie-talkie texting system. It's like a coach in a pocket. That's great because I can help you through, not Voxer, but I can help you through via Voxer, all of the tough stuff that happens all the time in real life.

I think Voxer in and of itself is worth thousands of dollars, having that in your pocket, having someone in your pocket. I have someone in my pocket, my coach is in my pocket on Voxer and I find it very valuable. All of that inside Runway to Freedom. It's really not about the details, my friends, it is about the feeling you will have, the thoughts that you will create, the results that transpire through the work we do together. It is not about the 24 sessions. Don't kid yourself in looking at the nitty gritty, just think about the experience and the overall value.

That's all tackling your business but let's not forget about life. As a bonus to everybody, not in any early-bird time, but a bonus to everybody, I want you to integrate your business into your life. You have access to everything inside the Committed to Growth coaching program that I run as well. That Committed to Growth coaching program is really focused on mindset. That meets every week for an hour via Zoom on Wednesdays at 12:00 Eastern.

Again, we focus more on mindset and how all of this fits into your personal life. Everything. Every everything is recorded, all the Runway to Freedom stuff, all Committed to Growth. It's all recorded. Again, if you can't be there every time, that is okay. What you're really doing by investing in Runway to Freedom, investing in all of this, is you're investing in a personal library or course. This is your school to get all aspects of your life together in business and it can be done on your own time as well if you're not there live.

I don't expect you to be there live every week. I like my clients to take vacations. I like them to make this a priority. But I also like them to live too. You have access to all of it regardless of whether or not you're there live. How can I forget? You will also receive throughout the year some amazing swag with some pleasurable and joyous, delightful gifts. Because the more fun you have, the more power you acquire to do whatever it is you want to do.

I think the most important thing that you will receive and experience is a new level of bravery. You will gain a squad of supportive, badass women to put an end to everything standing in your way of living your best and highest self. That's what you're going to get when you invest in Runway to Freedom.

What might be some specific issues or how do I know if I'm ready? Here you go. Do you want clarity in your business? Do you want the confidence to run the business in a way that aligns with who you are and who the business serves? Do you want to be able to manage your mind better so that you can manage your time better and find freedom to do what you want to do in and out of your business?

Do you want to eliminate the roadblocks that are blocking the path toward growth that is sustainable and feels good? Do you want to be able to turn obstacles into opportunities or find the opportunities that you're missing? Do you want to love your business even more and really love how it feels?

Most importantly, do you want to create a Runway to Freedom? Do you want freedom to be the visionary? Not the one putting up the fires, answering the phones, or doing all of the social media posting or working 80 hours a week? Do you want freedom to spend time with your family, friends, or just yourself? Do you want to create your own Runway to Freedom?

My friends, we do work on some specific issues in there. We work on things like the people in your business and making sure they're the right people. We work on looking at numbers and data, which no one likes doing. We work on creating systems, we work on hiring and firing. We work on creating a strategic-marketing plan. We work on discovering what's unique about your business. We try to give your business just 1 focus, not 20 focuses. We try to have a healthy business that has traction. That's what we're working towards.

Here's the thing. This is not a rolling enrollment program. Once the doors close, they're closed. They're closing, if you're listening this in 2022, on September 30th. They are shut and locked as of September 30, because we're going to start in October. If you apply before September 20th, you're going to get some early-bird cost savings and some bonus coaching time with me. There really isn't any reason to wait. There's really no reason to wait.

I think this is the time to go do it. This is the time to join an incredible group of women. You will fit in, you will fit in. There is no doubt about it. Because I can select this group of women. This group of women wants to work on their business, they want to work on themselves, they see the value in being part of a group. If you want to go fast, you can go alone, and if you want to go far, we can go together. That's an old proverb but it's so, so true.

When we work together, when you've got me in your back pocket, and this personal board of directors as part of your world, you will eliminate your pain, your doubt, your worry, your overwhelm, and you're going to take your business and yourself further than you could have imagined.

There is an unstoppable force inside you waiting to go. I'll be honest, many of my clients work with me for years. I have a client now who has stayed with me since day one. She was one of my very first in 2018 and we're still working together. I have several clients that I've been working with since even before I went out on my own in 2018. I tend to keep them, keep my clients once they're here. They stay. My clients stay. We have a relationship and we continue to work together and we make it fun.
