The nitty-gritty: what you'll do

The package consists of three components:

Pre-Work: Before your intensive, you'll receive a set of questions to get you prepped and ready to make the session productive. This will help you get into the right mindset and start clarifying your vision and direction.
During the Intensive: During the four-hour intensive, we'll work through all the parts of your vision and create a plan — for this year, this quarter, and even this week — like, tomorrow! You'll leave with your complete plan in hand, ready to act, knowing exactly what you need to do next and why.
After the Intensive: It doesn't stop with your planning day. About two weeks after the intensive, we'll meet again. During our hour together, we'll fine-tune your plan and iron out any implementation kinks.
