Take Your Own Snapshot

Gain clarity, make better decisions in your business, and create a roadmap for growth by implementing a strategic pause and assessing your seven life facets.

Eisenhower Matrix

Learn how to prioritize your tasks effectively with the Eisenhower Matrix so you can optimize your time and achieve extraordinary results in life and business.

Plan - Schedule - Do

It’s time to take massive action by scheduling actions into your calendar so you can get to work. Plan-Schedule-Do is a simplified version of the overarching set of systems I train my clients to use. Though it’s simpler, it is still a powerful way to take charge of your time and accomplish your goals.

Zone of Extraordinary Achievements

When you’re doing the right things efficiently, you get into what I call the Zone of Extraordinary Achievement, where you set up a cycle of success that builds on itself to create momentum more easily.
To help make decisions about what kinds of activities lead to better efficiency, I like to use a system to assess whether a person should be doing an activity or not based on a few simple criteria.

Your List of Parked Ideas

One thing many entrepreneurs (especially super- creative ones) struggle with is ideas. But we have to “park them” somewhere while we work on our priorities. Use this Idea Parking Lot to help organize.

5 Ways to Get the Focus Work Done

You know you should do That Important Thing, but That Other Important Thing seems so much more important — except you’ve been putting it off because That New Thing has captured your attention. That New Thing may or may not be important, but it is so interesting! It’s time to focus!

She Thinks Big Permission Slip

In order to make time and allow mental space for the planning you’ll need to give yourself permission to leave some things alone for a while. Here is the permission slip every woman needs.

Think Bigger Workbook

This workbook offers space for you to answer the chapter reflection questions, think about what you’ve learned, and jot down important notes and ideas as you read. As I mentioned in She Thinks Big, doing reflection exercises and journaling can make a huge difference in what you get out of the content. It’s the next best thing to working directly with a coach. Capturing your mental/internal conversations on paper can help you see and address your own mindset issues better. You will have more clarity and a far better idea of how the steps in the book relate to you and your personal situation. Plus, you’ll want to keep track of all your great thoughts and ideas — and who knows where they will lead you? Let’s find out!

“Yeah... I need your help like yesterday, Andrea”

I get that. Why spend one more day feeling this way when you know you can start the journey to be done with it? So let’s chat about what comes next.
