ABOUT THE COLLECTIVE

Neither, exactly. A course has a finish line, modules to complete, a box to check when you're done. The Collective doesn't. It's a year you live inside, a coaching partnership that keeps pace with whatever your business is throwing at you that month. There's nothing to complete. There's a room to show up to, for as long as it's serving you. Most women find they don't want to leave.

The Collective is designed to give you time back — not take more of it. Builder members have up to two calls a month: the monthly Strategy Lab with Andrea and the Advisory Lab with that month's specialist. Visionary members have up to three calls a month: the CEO Lab twice monthly with Andrea, plus the Advisory Lab which includes an exclusive Visionary-only extension.
Beyond calls, most members carve out about two focused hours a week working on their business rather than in it. Most find those hours within their first month — not because they worked more, but because they started working differently. If you can't see where those two hours would come from right now, that's one of the first things we work on together. That's the whole point.
